Weekly swimmers follow a structured and progressive strength plan designed for the demands of the sport. Matched to all levels, ensuring smart progression without overloading bodies. This isn’t general fitness, it’s targeted work to improve performance in the pool.

As part of their ongoing membership, swimmers receive close coaching, regular check-ins, and tracked progress. We adjust training loads based on how they’re feeling and how their swimming program evolves. When key meets approach, we implement individualised strength tapers scaling volume and intensity to complement swim training and help them peak when it matters most. Whether it’s better underwaters, faster finishes, or stronger mindsets, our goal is steady, season-long development, both physically and mentally.
