1. The Why
Before any weights are lifted or plans are written, we start with a proper conversation. This is about understanding you, your current lifestyle, physical background, goals, challenges, and why you’ve decided to take this step. Whether you're training for performance, health, confidence, or simply consistency, this part is critical. It helps us align on expectations, assess your movement baseline, and make sure we’re both clear on what you want to achieve and why it matters to you.
2. The Build
Once we’ve established the goal, we’ll design a plan that’s specific, progressive, and sustainable. Each session is tailored to your ability, time commitment, and end target whether that’s strength, fat loss, power, mobility, or just feeling more capable in your own body. The work begins here: structured training blocks, focused programming, and education on correct form, intent, and effort. We aim to build habits, not just chase quick wins.

3. The Review
Post-session, we take a few minutes to reflect on what we did, what felt good, what was tough, and how you responded physically and mentally. I’ll give you honest feedback and insights, and when needed, video breakdowns to help you visualise your movement patterns. You’ll walk away not just feeling worked, but with a better understanding of how your body is developing and where we’re heading next.
