This program is for swimmers of all ages and levels from developing juniors to competitive athletes who want to build strength, power, mobility, and body control in a way that directly supports their performance in the pool.

No prior gym experience is required. Thats our whole philosophy on getting swimmers started especially young. We meet each swimmer at their level and teach proper technique, posture, and movement from the ground up. The focus is on quality, not heavy lifting, especially for younger swimmers.

This isn’t general fitness or an old-school workout. Every part of our program is designed specifically for swimmers. We focus on swimming-related movement patterns, injury prevention, and smart progression, not just lifting weights. We don't work on cardiovascular endurance or intensity as that is part of the swimming in the pool. We work on the speed and power, the agility and reaction time, balance and control, and mobility.

Most swimmers train with us on average 3 times per week depending on age, competition level, and their swim training schedule. Consistency is key, and our membership model is built around ongoing development—not just one-off sessions. Strength development is as crucial as the time you spend in the pool.
